(MIDWEST CITY) --- Help is available in the
Mid-Del and the surrounding areas for families in need of counseling services. "Many
people come in because they are feeling the effects of stress related to home or work and
they need someone to talk to," said Micah Woodard, Executive Director. He also stated
that prevention is the key to success. If a person seeks help when they begin feeling the
symptoms of stress, counseling is often helpful in finding some swift solutions to get
back on track. MID-DEL YOUTH AND FAMILY CENTER (MIDWEST CITY) --- Help is available in the Mid-Del and surrounding areas for families with issues dealing with divorce, remarriage, and harmony among the children involved. During this eight-week class, participants will learn how to bridge gaps and heal hearts during the time of remarriage and changing family dynamics. Each session is $7 per person or $11 per couple. Scholarships are available based on need. Adults only, please. Childcare is not provided. For more information about programs and services available to your family, please call 733-KIDS. |
