your order. Since our Easels are hand-crafted and hand stained our production takes
longer than machine made easels. Of course we try to keep our inventory supply full to
fill our orders as soon as possible.
(most orders that have no stain preference go out sooner)

If for any reason your order has been delayed we will contact you via e-mail.

When your order is ready,  we ship United Parcel Service UPS Ground,  to most
Continental US  addresses and International addresses.

Unless you have specified Express shipping,  please allow an additional 10 business days
for your order to arrive. If you do not receive your order after
15 days, Please contact us and we will track your order for you.

• All orders are shipped UPS Ground.  You may request Express service at an additional charge.

• A flat rate of  $30 for shipping and handling is added to all orders shipped in the US.

• Please call / e-mail for international rates.

• Please note that C.O.D. orders require an additional $10 UPS processing charge.

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your purchase we will gladly credit your
bank account, credit card or mail you a refund check for money order orders.

All we ask is that you return the Easel in perfect condition.  Please package and wrap the Easel very
securely.  Ship pre-paid - ( no c.o.d. ) and insured.
